Black Lava for Bonsai - Clean Scoria Substrate - 3 Gallon Bag

Black lava is one of our primary components to our soil mixes.  Black lava provides structure and weight to the soil.  It also help aerate the soil with it's non-uniform edges.  We prefer black lava for a few reasons including less mess and it seems to hold up better than red lava.  This black lava is sieved to standard bonsai soil size of 1/8" - 1/4".  This is very low on dust.

Comes in a 3 gallon Bag (about 12 dry quarts or 14 liters)
